I’m a certified coach with credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). I also hold a Master’s degree in International and Intercultural Management, with a focus on Human Resources and Training. I’m certified to administer the MBTI, DiSC, and VIA Strength Assessments, and I am designated as a Society for Human Resources Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Most importantly, I come at life’s transitions and challenges from the perspectives of Positive Psychology and strengths- all of it informed by my work in this area - at the Wholebeing Institute for Positive Psychology, where I earned a Certificate in Wholebeing Positive Psychology and Florida International University/World Happiness Summit Organization where I earned a Chief Happiness Officer credential.
20+ Years of Coaching and Leadership Training
For over 20 years, I have applied my coaching and training skills in the Human Resources and Learning & Development fields, helping individuals and teams flourish and succeed. I conduct leadership training with higher education … nonprofit organizations … municipal governments … and the people who keep them humming. The goal is the same: to identify and navigate transitions and change with grace and sure-footed leadership.
I regularly run leadership and manager development programs at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and at various municipalities – all with an eye toward helping leaders have the strongest possible impact.
